Southfield, MI - May 29, 2008 - Mark P. Krysinski, a partner with the Southfield office of Michigan based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C., has been elected to the Firm's Board of Directors.  Jaffe CEO Richard Zussman made the announcement.

Jaffe board members serve two-year terms and are responsible for the development of the Firm's policies and strategic planning.

Mr. Krysinski focuses his practice in the commercial development and leasing of real estate, financing and leasing of office, industrial, apartment and retail projects nationwide, acquisitions and development and sales of manufactured housing communities.  He previously served as practice group coordinator for the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group.

A frequent speaker, he is a member of the Counsel for the Real Property Law Section of the Michigan State Bar and the Real Property and Business Law Sections of the American Bar Association.  He also serves on the ICLE Advisory Committee at the University of Michigan and as a Board and Executive Committee member at the Roeper School.
