SOUTHFIELD, MI - February 1, 2008  - Carole BenEzra has been named partner at Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C.  Jaffe CEO Richard Zussman made the announcement.

Ms. BenEzra is a member of the Firm's Financial Services and Corporate Practice Groups, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of finance and payment transactions.  She is a 1999 graduate of the University of Michigan and a 2002 cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.

She is a member of the Electronic Transactions Association's Research and Information committee.
