Directions from Downtown Detroit

• M-10 (Lodge Freeway) North
• Lodge Freeway will turn into Northwestern Highway in Southfield
• Stay on Northwestern and after the exits for Telegraph (on the right) and 696 (on the left), get in the left lane.  
• Take the 1st left turn around to go South on Northwestern (a Michigan left)
• Make a right turn on Beck (the Sunrise Café is on the corner)
• Go one block to signal, turn left (Franklin Road).  You will cross over the freeway
• Turn right on first street (American Drive)
• Turn left into the first driveway, which is the main entrance to The Charter One/American Center Building.

Directions from Oakland County (Northwest)

• Telegraph South past I-696, turn right at Swanson (a Holiday Inn is on the corner)
• Turn right on Franklin – stay to the right at the fork in the road
• Turn left onto American Drive
• Turn left into the first driveway, which is the main entrance to The Charter One/American Center Building.

Directions from Oakland/Macomb Counties (Northeast and East)

• I-75 to I-696 West.
• 2 miles past Southfield Road, take the Lahser/Northwestern/Telegraph exit (Exit #10).
• Stay on Northwestern and after the exits for Telegraph (on the right) and 696 (on the left), get in the left lane.  
• Take the 1st left turn around to go South on Northwestern (a Michigan left)
• Make a right turn on Beck (the Sunrise Café is on the corner)

Directions from – Livingston County (West)

• I-96 East to I-696 East to Lodge Fwy/Telegraph exit (Exit 8).
• Take Telegraph-South (first exit on the right)
• Take Telegraph for about ¼ mile then turn right at Swanson (a Holiday Inn is on the corner)
• Turn right on Franklin.  Stay to the right at the fork in the road

Directions from – Toledo/Washtenaw County (Southwest)

• 94 East to I-275 North
• I-275 North to I-696 East to Charter One/American Center exit.
• Turn left onto American Drive
• Turn right into the first driveway, which is the main entrance to The Charter One/American Center Building.

Directions from – Metro Airport Downriver (South)

• I-94 East to M-39 (Southfield Freeway) North
• M-39 to M-10 (Lodge Freeway) North
• Lodge Freeway will turn into Northwestern Highway in Southfield
• Stay on Northwestern and after the exits for Telegraph (on the right) and 696 (on the left), get in the left lane.
