Steve practices in the general business and transactional area and also in the public finance arena.  He represents private companies in a broad range of business services including equity and debt financing, acquisitions and divestitures.  Steve also regularly represent issuers, underwriters, credit enhancers and corporate trustees in tax-exempt financing for infrastructure development and all types of public facilities, such as jails, municipal buildings, court buildings and public recreation facilities on both a tax-exempt and taxable basis.
