Sarah is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group. She counsels financial institutions and merchant-acquiring, electronic fund transfer, loyalty card, and payment system businesses on contractual and regulatory matters. She received her J.D. magna cum laude in 2006 from Michigan State University College of Law with a concentration in the Trial Practice Certificate Program. While attending law school she served as a pre-hearing extern for the Michigan Court of Appeals pre-hearing division.
