He works closely with clients in providing tax planning advice in the areas of business transactions, securities, litigation, public finance and municipal affairs, bankruptcy and reorganization, estate planning and real estate. Bob is extensively involved in tax audits, appeals and litigation at the federal, state and local levels on behalf of our clients.
