Rob practices in the general business and transactional area. He advises both public and private entities in all aspects of formation, governance and operation, including financing, general contracts, merger, acquisitions and sales, e-commerce, and securities filings. He also counsels directors, CEOs, COOs and business owners regarding their responsibilities and succession planning. Rob is a member of the Firm's Opinion Letter Committee, Audit Committee and Technology Committee. He was previously chair of the Firm's Business Transactions Group and Attorney Development Committee, and a member of its Board of Directors.
