Noam is the chairperson of the Firm's Israel practice group.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, financings (negotiated and structured transactions), leases, partnerships and joint ventures.  His work includes single and multiple asset transactions spanning all segments of the real estate marketplace, including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, multi-family developments, industrial and commercial properties.
