Michelle practices in the commercial litigation area. In addition to general commercial litigation, she specializes in employment litigation and construction litigation and arbitration. Michelle has successfully arbitrated numerous construction disputes and successfully litigated employment disputes relating to sexual harassment, age, gender and race discrimination, the Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act, the Whistleblowers' Protection Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. She is a member of the firm's Technology Committee. She also participates in recruiting and has served as a mentor to new associates.
