Marko is a partner of Jaffe's Tax Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Marko practiced law in New York City for six years, advising clients on tax issues associated with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, bankruptcies and restructuring, private equity fund formations and leveraged leasing transactions. He advises the firm's clients on individual, partnership, corporate and international tax issues, helping them structure and implement transactions in a manner that minimizes the incurrence of taxes.
