Joel represents clients in general corporate and business matters, including acquisitions, mergers, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, other contract matters and structuring business relationships. He also represents owners, developers and operators in all aspects of real estate law, including property acquisition, property development, governmental relationships, construction, finance, joint ventures, sales, leasing, subdivisions, title and survey matters. Joel also represents clients in conveyancing and related matters including easements and deed restrictions.
