Jeff practices in the general business and transactional area. He represents both public and private companies in all aspects of formation, governance and operation, including financing, general contracts, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations. Jeff represents clients in equity, debt and other public and private securities offerings and advises on a wide range of general corporate and securities issues. Jeff is a member of the Firm's Finance Committee.
