Holli counsels financial institutions and merchant-acquiring, electronic fund transfer, loyalty card, and payment system businesses on contractual and regulatory matters. As advisor to companies in the credit card processing industry internationally, Holli counsels companies on strategic issues, and negotiates independent sales organization, BIN, agent bank, and association contracts. She also handles merchant portfolio and card processing industry mergers and acquisitions, and keeps businesses apprised of legal and regulatory developments, including representing companies before Visa and MasterCard. Additionally, Holli counsels companies engaged in the payments business, negotiating contracts and advising companies on electronic fund transfer regulatory issues and on state and Federal laws. She is a frequent author and speaker at industry forums, and is a contributing author to The 1999 Guide to Smart Cards and Stored Value. Holli is Treasurer of the Electronic Transactions Association and President of Women Networking in Electronic Transactions (W.net).  She currently serves as Chairperson of the Jaffe Finance Law Group.
