Erika is a member in Jaffe, Raitt's litigation group. Erika represents both corporations and entrepreneurs in a variety of disputes, including commercial litigation, employment defense, personal injury and products liability defense, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, problem loan litigation, and real estate litigation. Erika also represents individuals in probate and other personal litigation matters. Erika has experience handling cases pending before state and federal courts, the American Arbitration Association, and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Erika also has experience in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
