David has an active aviation practice representing aircraft financiers, owners and operators in acquiring, financing and leasing general aviation aircraft.  David also has extensive experience representing a wide range of business clients, ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to large public companies, principally focusing on SEC matters, mergers, acquisitions, financings (debt and equity, public and private) and advising the Board of Directors.  He is an active participant in Bar and trade associations groups.  He is a long-time member of the Board of Directors of, and is General Counsel to, the National Aircraft Finance Association (the premier trade group of lenders, lessors and other financiers to the general aviation market).
