He also represents developers and investors in acquiring, developing, financing, selling and leasing commercial and industrial real estate. He represents owners of shopping centers and industrial buildings locally and nationally in lease negotiations. Brian has also represented syndicators in the formation of entities to acquire and operate manufactured home communities and office buildings.
