Tim is "of counsel" to the firm. He practices in the environmental, general business, transactions, and litigation areas. Tim also represents a number of local units of government. He was previously the chair of the Real Estate Committee of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and currently is a member of Section's Governing Council and regularly lectures and publishes articles on environmental law issues.
