Sara practices in the corporate transactions group. She advises both public and private entities in a variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, financings, private debt and equity, and public offerings. She also represents private and public companies in securities offerings, as well as public companies in all aspects of the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act.
