Rick primarily focuses on the representation of developers, owners, operators, managers and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, construction, leasing, management, financing, syndication and disposition, as appropriate, of residential communities, apartment projects, manufactured home communities, office and mixed use complexes, industrial buildings, regional shopping malls, hotels, golf courses, and planned development communities. In addition, he regularly acts as an advisor to a variety of business enterprises and handles their merger, acquisition, reorganization and sale transactions.
