Nicole represents clients in commercial litigation matters, including complex contract disputes.  In addition, she specializes in employment litigation, counseling and representing clients regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, employee handbooks, employment contracts and non-competition agreements.  Ms. Foley earned her undergraduate degree in 1998 with high honors from Michigan State University and is a 2001 cum laude graduate of Wayne State University Law School.
