Milton is a member of the Firm's Tax Practice Group. He practices primarily in the areas of federal and state taxation and business planning. Milton advises the Firm's varied client base in the structuring and implementation of a wide range of transactions. Milton regularly advises clients with respect to sophisticated individual income, partnership and corporate tax issues associated with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and debt restructurings.
