Michal Golan is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Group. Michal received her B.A., in Psychology and Criminology in 1991 from Bar-Ilan University, her LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University in 1996 and her LL.M in Corporate and Finance Law in 2005 from Wayne State University.  Prior to joining Jaffe, she worked for Migdal Insurance Corporation, Ltd. in Te-Aviv.
