Kristin is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group. She received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2003, and is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law where she was a member of the Business Law Society and the Journal of Business and Securities Law. Kristin also studied at the Institut De Touraine in Tours, France. A published author, she previously served as an intern for the Honorable Bill Schuette in the Michigan Court of Appeals and as a clinician for the Michigan State University Small Business and Nonprofit Law Clinic.
