Jim is an associate in the Firm's Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, real estate and construction-related disputes, telecommunications matters, and general civil litigation in Michigan's state and federal courts. Mr. Rose also has experience in probate litigation, asset protection and estate planning.  Although his practice is primarily litigation-based, Mr. Rose's legal background is in commercial real estate development from the transactional perspective.  He was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 2003.
