Elizabeth is a member practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate administration and litigation, with a particular emphasis in special needs planning and elder law. Ms. Brown is a frequent lecturer and author on topics such as elder law, special needs planning and estate planning and probate. Recently, Ms. Brown's efforts resulted in a revised interpretation of Michigan trust law by the Social Security Administration which positively benefited thousands of people with disabilities.
