Aaron is a member in the Firm's Tax and Estate Planning Groups.  His practice areas include Federal Tax Law, Business Planning, Business Mergers and Acquisitions, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate Litigation.  Aaron earned his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1985, his J. D., cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 1988, and his LL.M in Taxation from New York University Law School in 1989.  Prior to joining Jaffe he was managing shareholder of Finkel, Whitefield, Selik, Ferrara, Feldman & Sherbin, P.C.
